The workflow you know plus a new-tech twist means the process feels familiar, but just got a lot more fun.

Sandbox

Before the job even awards we’re here to help you run tests and chart a path. Our unique combination of GenAI knowledge and human expertise ensures that the creative you lock is set up for success.

PREP

GenAI Casting

As usual, you provide detailed character specs and we go to work finding the perfect cast. We generate thousands of options, curate them, and present you with top contenders for each role. You give us notes, we iterate, and once you’re thrilled you take your reco and a backup to your client.

GenAI Location Scouting

Your creative brief guides a search for locations that best tell the story. From layout to lighting, our artists generate hundreds of options, and we present you with the best choices. From there, we iterate until you and your client love them.

GenAI Wardrobe Fittings

Based on inspo pulled by a costume designer with experience in both live action and generative AI, our artists generate wardrobe options for you to iterate on and approve with your client.

Story
Boards

Human-driven storyboarding remains central to exploring the creative and locking-in the exact shots and timing of the spot.

Our industry-leading team of storyboard and animatic artists work with you to bring the creative to life.

A new step—specific to AI workflows—Keyframing is where characters, costumes, and locations are merged into cinematic keyframes to match the storyboards. Once locked, Keyframes become the first frame for every take generated from that angle.

Think about it like sitting at the monitor on set, watching the DP light the frame. Once you love it, we get rolling.

Prepro Meeting

You know the drill. The PPM is the chance to bring all the stakeholders to the table before production begins to double check approved casting, locations, wardrobe, boards, and keyframes.

PRODUCTION

Motion Generation

In genAI, Motion Generation is production. This is where the “shoot” happens.

During the production period, keyframes become takes, and we generate dozens of them for every shot, constantly adjusting performance, camera movement, and dialogue. It’s a lot like live action, but with more freedom (and no meal penalties).

This high shooting ratio gives our editors a deep toolkit to shape the story with a level of control that feels just as intentional and premium as a traditional shoot—only more fluid.

The Shoot Redefined

In this new paradigm, production and editorial run in parallel. The edit isn’t a finish line—it’s the driver of what we generate next.

As editors cut, MoGen artists spin up new takes in real time, fueled by your feedback and client notes. This cutting edge workflow unlocks a brand-new kind of creative freedom, and fun.

POST

VFX
Color
Cleanup

Once picture is locked, you’re in a traditional post production pipeline with all the familiar steps. VFX, sound mix, color correction, and clean up all happen here.

Two new things happen here too: AI footage is “upressed,” and the brand elements are checked for accuracy and touched up if necessary.
